Reference points of the model collapse the groups after reload the geometry

Hi guys,
hope I describe my problem clear enough. After import the solidworks file, I duplicate some parts of the geometry and up to the point when it starts to be complicated (many groups and subgroups) Keyshot define all the reference points of my model arbitrarily after reload the keyshot file. Thanks for any help.
