network rendering won't run

Keyshot Network Rendering 5.2.3

Network rendering slave and master will start up. In the Configurator, when start slave or master is selected, it displays the message Could not start the service!

I uninstalled the network rendering software and reinstalled. Still does not work.

The Configurator shows a valid license. Webroot disabled. Killed all Keyshot network processes in Task Manager and attempted to restart without success.

Another example of Keyshot being the most buggy and frustrating product development application I have ever encountered. Impossible to complete work on schedule with this software.

Perhaps, you could contact support? We have many customers using network rendering without problems.
Dell hardware does have an issue related to a graphics card driver I believe. However, our support guys would know that.

Yes I will contact support - on Monday. But its not available on the weekend we are trying to meet schedule milestones.
