Resolution/Image Aspect Ratio coming unlocked when unpackaged

Hey guys,

My team has noticed some weird behaviors lately pertaining to the image tab. We pass files from one another quite often using the package feature. However, we have noticed that even when we set the resolution to specific Width & Height, and lock that aspect ratio + lock the resolution itself using the UI buttons, those two items become unlocked when packaging and unpacking a project.

It's become an issue because we're working in a specific aspect ratio to deliver our compositions to the client, and when this becomes compromised, it affects our entire workflow. Wondering if anyone else is encountering this bug. We'd like these two things to stay locked at all times.
