Reder option not working.

I am using keyshot 6 pro  with solidworks as the modelling software on windows 8.
When I click on render option from panel located at bottom or using Ctrl+p, no dialog box appears. Although I am able to produce VR and animations but I am not able to generate still images.
Clicking on render option changes the colour of the render icon to blue but the dialogue box do not appear. I am getting the same results when I am clicking on render option in VR setup.
I am facing this problem last 2 days only and before this I was able to render models without any problem.
Any suggestions?
