Problem with Rounded Edges - coming in choppy.

Is there anyway to fix this rounded edges appearance? It seems like every other radii added by the Rounded Edges tool has flipped normals.

Model is a Rhino .3DM with 0.001 inch tolerance. Keyshot 5.3 Pro.

Rounded edges are much improved with the latest version, 6.2.105. You should upgrade from your v5.3, OR, if your model calls for multiple/different sizes, apply fillets and rounds in your modeling program.
