every time my pc crashes

Hi everyone, I'm here because every time I use keyshot my pc crashes and I don't know the reason..It crashes only when I work with the program not when I render.
My pc has an  Intel core(R)Core(TM) i7-4600 CPU @2.90 GHz (4 CPUs), a RAM 16384MB.
Can someone help me? Could be the Graphic card?
