Problem importing wire. file.

I've been using keyshot with alias more than 3 years with no problem.
However Since yesterday, I could not open alias wire file on keyshot.
Every time I import the model, It shows the progress bar and stuck there.
Please let me know whats the problem

Alias/key shot installed in same drive.
Key shot is the most updated version. (5.3.6)
