Render in Background not working?

Can't remember if I posted this earlier or not. Apologize if I did, but again I find myself a bit flustered because the Render in Background option doesn't seem to be working. I have the option checked, then add my appropriate shots to the queue, and when I hit Process Jobs, it starts the queue, but I cannot click on or access Keyshot to close it.

Any idea why this is happening, or if I'm doing something wrong?

You can't "un-pause" while processing the queue. Only works for single images.
