Sketchup plugin for mac

Yay! thanks for the sketchup PC plugin. Cant wait for the mac version...


I sooo cant wait that i tried putting the plugin in my mac sketchup...

Doesnt work.  lol

Just released V2 of PC version yet still no Mac version? Can you at least give us an ETA?

Wanting to upgrade to 3 - just had a go with the trial version, lovely.
Will await the Mac Sketchup Plugin

I first asked about a SketchUp plugin back in 2011. It's now 2015. There is still no plugin for Mac. If it's not on the roadmap and you don't intend to provide one, then just tell us. I've been waiting 4 years for the ability to work with KeyShot directly from SketchUp on my Mac. If you're not going to create one, then just please say so, and I'll look at other alternatives. Thanks!

I think my post in 2012 explained our position on this well. However, the Mac plugin is now available:

Checked it out on Mac.  Here's some early feedback for MAC:

1. Does not import with correct UP direction. This is particularly a problem because the plugin DOES import the SketchUp camera allowing for some great compositiing options using SketchUp styles! 
2. When I choose the 'Render' menuitem in the KeyShot SU plugin, it crashes SketchUp.
