Keyshot assets problem

I just found this last week. https://www.keyshot.com/resources/downloads/assets/
Environments from Aversis as well as textures from Poliigon.
I install it on my Imac,i get a folder that's named Poliigon. But nothing inside it and i cant see that it's somewhere else.

Does others have this issue as well?

Are you using KeyShot 7? This content pack is only for KeyShot 7 and newer.

Mac or PC? I just downloaded it on PC and mac and both seem to be working. Have you unzipped the folder completely?

on mac. It seems to be installing everything correctly. The Avertis envirorment is there. but not the poliigon. Wish they just sent us the files.
i tried to install multiple times.

Yes I doublechecked. It's the same problem for everyone on mac at least. Poliigon dosent work. Please fix this

Are you not seeing the Poliigon materials in the library?
Please notice the Poliigon textures are only available through the materials.

Yes no one at my work can see the materials/textures. Just a empty poliigon folder in the materials.
using mac, everything latest version.
