Keyshot 6 doesn't import all components from IGES file

When importing my IGES file from ProDesktop, I have been experiencing problems with missing components. It manages to import the file but there are parts of my model missing. Each time I re-export and re-import it, it has different components missing every time. Any ideas as to why this could be?

Pro/DESKTOP? Wasn't that discontinued about 10 years ago?

In any case, I suggest you try STEP and see what you get.
