Keyshot 7 Problem, relation to AppHangB1?

Hi all,

I recently emailed customer service, I don't think they entirely answered my problem. But they did give me an idea what's wrong with my stuff.

This was my original email,
"Recently bought keyshot educational license and was doing some basic rendering. My keyshot constantly becomes unresponsive after a few minutes of launching (freeze as well when I don't have anything imported). I have tried reinstalling and tweaking my settings on my computer. Nothing seems to work.
I would be performing simple tasks like importing rhino files and playing testing out different textures, then it would freeze. If I am lucky, I can click the render button without freezing but would freeze when I try to press add the queue.

Computer Spec
Intel Xeon CPU E3-1505M V5 w/ 4 cores 8 threads
GPU is Nvidia Quadro m2000m
32 GB Memory"

Also, drivers are up to date, reinstalled keyshot.

However, when i look at the log, it mentioned ApphangB1
