Downloading from Keyshot cloud starts another instance of Keyshot

When I click Cloud Library from KS 7.2pro it launches the browser and when I click a material to download, the process then starts another instance of keyshot and makes me login again. It is this process over and over. How do I change this behavior?

DO you have 2 versions of KS installed? This happened to me when I had KS6 and KS7 on the same machine, and the web download would fire up the version that I had installed or updated most recently.

I just have KS7 pro installed.
