Only Partially Transfers Maya Animation to (Keyshot 6)

Hey guys I'm Using Keyshot 6 along with Maya to speed up render times. However it's missing a large part of the characters movement basically only the head moves in keyshot. First vid is from maya second is in keyshot.  Is it a keyshot 6 thing  because I don't have 7 or something else?
