How to use move tool in geometry view??

How do I move a camera position if im doing a animation with the path tool for example.
The ZXY arrows pop up but I can't click them.  It just rotates the geometry view.

I see no logic, please help

I guess it must be a bug.  weird that no one notices it. I'm mailing support.

might it be a camera target issue?
does this happen in all projects?
Create new camera, does it still happen?

just a few of the troubleshooting questions that pop into my head.

It seems to be something to do with when I have a target.  The feature seems underdeveloped so refinement hopefully will come in the future.
