hello
is there is a way to make a part not effected by environment?
im doing interior scene and i like the way it look, but i dont like the color of the wall (because of the reflection that come from the environment) i dont want to change the color of all the scene.
is there is a way to choose some parts that will not be effected by the surrounding?
(without Photoshop)
thank you

Hello Yaron

If you use the HDRI editor (pro only feature) you can add a pin above the area that causes the unwanted reflection. And if you change the blend mode of the pin to alpha, you can play with the pin color to get the right reflection or gradient.

Hope that helps

isn't that depending on the size of the pin?

ok

i will have to give more info
the part is room ceiling and the envirment is dosch - appartment.
i have lightint fixture with ceiling canopy and i like the look of the canopy with the environment but the ceiling is too coloerfull and i want it to be more white.

ah, now I can see. Change the material type of the ceiling to emissive and give it any color you want, or use a color gradient (procedural texture) to fake shadows.

Hope that helps
