Hi. This is some work on realism I've been focusing on.

 I know you didn't ask, but honestly, I think the figure detracts from the rendering. Especially if you're chasing realism. If you want to work on rendering people, I'd try a close-up such as a portrait where you can focus on a smaller portion of the figure.

I do like the lighting though, that comes through the awnings and stretches across the building.
