Hi,
Can you apply the following object a completely white cloudy plastic?
I tried but it turns to Grey.
Please help me to find the proper setting.
I want something like the following plastic gear appearance.

That plastic looks more translucent than cloudy. Maybe try something like this.

Speedster

Or try "Translucent Candle Wax", and tweak the colors to suit.  Cloudy Plastic is best for PE and PP.

I was just using the candle wax one as well.  Its  a tough one, my eyeball says that there is some blue showing through the plastic, but in photoshop there is no blue tint coming through the gear at all, which means no real translucency. That leaves some sub surface scattering effect, which is hard to mimic with a white surface and a white subsurface.  I think either solution posted above could work, now more will depend on your lighting and environment.
