Cannot save "Customize each folder" under Preferences in KS8.1

I used the "Customize each folder" button to set the path to where the folders are and saved changes. However, whenever I exit Preferences it reverts back to the main "Specify location for all folders/Resources". The Resources path is grayed out in the "Specify location for all folders" so I cannot change path there. Thus, I cannot get to the resources in the folders I specified. Any idea what I doing wrong. I have done this in past versions of Keyshot and have not had this same issue.

We will investigate this right away and if it is confirmed it will be fixed in 8.2

Actually, could it be that you have KeyShot installed for everybody on your machine? If this is the case then you have to start KeyShot as an administrator to change the paths.
