Materials are shown oval

If my colleague opens the material library, the shape of the materials is oval like an egg.
How can he reset this view, so that the shape is round as usual?

is this only in KS ?  or does he have this with all round objects on his computer display ?

make him google for a circle - image ... see what it gives.

No, this effect is just in KeyShot and only in the library of the materials.

Problem is fixed! 

After re-loading the library two times, the materials are round again.
