U can use rendering RX 580, Vega o (characteristics here), I use Power Color rx580, it's fully satisfies my needs
If you put a good power supply and water cooling, then they are in some ways even better than Nvidia

We are still waiting for AMD to add ray tracing technology to their cards. While it may be possible to support their existing cards I would rather recommend their Threadripper CPUs for rendering at this point.

AMD GPUs with raytracing hardware are on their way. The technology will be in GPUs for the next XBox and PlayStation consoles, so it's only a matter of time before we see it in standalone GPUs.

H2 2020 sounds like the "when" part for AMD adding hardware raytracing to its discrete GPUs, though it's probably going to require a Vulkan port to use it.
