Create Scene Tree from CSV / Excel table

Hello,
Is there a way to create a Keyshot scene tree with a pyhton script? Source is a csv or Excel table.

Background:
I am product manager for a company which manufactures interiors for ambulance helicopters. I have all the CAD files of about 400 products (e.g. Stretchers/ cabinets). My goal is to set up product configurator. Unfortunately there is no big file which contains all this CAD data.
