strange texture on model and Light help

Hi, someone knows why my model appears to have this cracked texture? This have something to do with lightning? I'm new, so I still learning how to create light in Keyshot. 

And someone can explain to me how to setup a light like in this photo?  My t-shirt doesn't look white, doesn't matter what light and HDRI I'm using... or the light completely blow over the texture on the garment.

make it press well it does not have to do anything with lightning
