Can't use Keyshot in window mode

Can't use Keyshot in window mode. When i press F to exit Full screen mode, I click anywhere on Keyshot and my computer  makes a sound as if i can't touch Keyshot. It was working just a few days ago. The last thing i remember doing was using the color picker on other windows outside keyshot. Maybe that has something to do with it.

It turned out to be a hidden "Save Changes" window. They way i solved it is by pressing ctrl+Q for quitting, that's how i got the window to appear. I think maybe when the last time i closed the program, the Save Changes window appeared, and then i forced closed the program from Task Manager, and so when i opened the program again that window was still up but hidden.
