What's the difference between "Response Curve" and "Histogram Curve"?

Hi all,

I'm confirming how well photo retouch on Keyshot works. Then, I can't understand the difference between "Response Curve" and "Histogram Curve".

Actually, I guess "Response Curve (Linear / Low Contrast / High Contrast)" expresses one preset on "Histogram Curve", doesn't it? But, in reality, even if I changed "Response Curve", "Histogram Curve" doesn't look change at all.
