Sorry if I'm misunderstanding the conversation. I think Viewer serves its purpose well and may not be for every application in which a customer or design review may be done.

That being said, if the intention is just to show the object in 3D space and allow the customer/supplier/reviewer to rotate around it to see the object from all sides and be able to view it with some realistic output, why not just use KeyShot XR  to create your output and house that in a web page? Then you could just create a blind link to the page and send that to the customer/supplier/etc. Obviously, you are again using a rendered product and would have to wait for said frames to render, but the output would be more amicable for your situation.
