saving time too long...

Since few days, when I save any project, the timing to save is really long. The same if I use the render queue.

I've noticed when you stop GPU effects in preferences, the problem is solved.

But I need the GPU effects!

Is there any tip to solve this problem?

When you say saving, but mention GPU mode do you mean rendering? If you indeed mean saving, you can just save the scene in CPU mode and reactivate GPU mode whenever you open the file.
I know this is a cliche solution, but if you have not already done so try restarting your computer to see if it clears any cached processes or programs slowing down your computer.
Also try updating your GPU drivers.
