KS 3.2.36 Freezing on Startup

Hello,

I am unable to start KeyShot up, it gives me this frozen screen.

I uninstalled the software, then reinstalled it using the most current version. It still gives me the same problem, and I cannot use the software at all. My only option is to stop the process, then restart the computer (sometimes works).

Any ideas?
