Shelby Cobra 427 engine

This Ford 427 engine is my entry into the engine rendering competition.

I chose this model by Javier from GradCAD. http://grabcad.com/library/engine-ford-427

I imported the STEP file into SolidWorks 2010 and I modified the model by replacing the valve covers with a view to evoke the look and feel of a vintage 1967 engine coming out from the Shelby factory.

Post work was minor Photoshop work to resize the image. No color work was done.
