Keyshot v4 - something's not right....

I've exported a *.bip file from Alibre as I've done many times before.

When I open it in Kv4 there's nothing there - nothing in the scene display - no model in the scene tree - zilch!

However, when I open it in Kv3 it's there as expected.
What could be going on here...?
