Keyshot 3 tutorials

I am new to the Keyshot world and I have been scanning the tutorials and webinars for tips and tricks but I still seem to be having trouble understanding the program as a whole.  As helpful as these resources can be, I still don't understand what half of the functions in Keyshot are and it really shows.  We do not have the budget to upgrade to Keyshot 4 so I am trying to make due with this, but I wasn't sure if there was more of a forum or help center for Keyshot 3 users or if this is the best place to start asking questions about it.
