your materials are amazing, especially the laces and inner 'felt'! The hard ground shadow doesn't figure in my brain though, but I cant put my finger on why.

The thing that bugs me, is the U-shaped line where the green-dotted material meets the interior felt on the heel .. a thin line of shadow there might show better that 2 materials join here. I looks flat to me.
