I have a new installation of KS4.1 and tried to test performance. See the result
In version 3.3 it never did. Any advice?

someone competent to be able to comment on this matter?
btw does it even when other actions (drag and drop environments eg)

It happens on some external monitors. We just recently had this issue on some TV monitors that we used. Once we unplugged the monitor from the laptop, everything was back to normal. We are still searching to see what causes this.
