Exporting OBJ with material to 3Dmax

Hello,
I'm trying to export OBJ file with materials, I do get OBJ file, but material file is only 1kb and content is
# OBJ Material Export by Luxion KeyShot

newmtl Basket Weave - White
Kd 0.3 0.3 0.3
Ks 0.818189 0.818189 0.818189


I'm trying to get material to 3D max, but no textue is get different than this one.
What am doing wrong?
How can I export it?
And how will I import it to 3D max with material (2014)

We don't export textures, only colors at this point in time.
