Hi everybody!
Here are three stills I created with keyshot. The hinge alone is a step file imported in keyshot. The other two are step files imported in maya and converted in polygons, then I created the scenes (luckily I was free about the mood) for each type of hinges (sometimes just a subtle difference).
See more images about this project here (interior scenes not with keyshot - for interiors with keyshot I'm waiting for a live linking with maya or even a plug-in!  ;) ):

Due to double bump on the hinges, I had to render a region of the logo.
DOF with keyshot.
All images are post-processed with photoshop.

Lovely! All too familiar with these hinges from VIP aircraft interior work!

Thank you everybody! Is there anyone that knows if it is possible to set a "tilt-shift" effect with keyshot camera?
I mean this  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perspective_control_lens  (see the picture on the top right)

In order to work with (or to compete with) photographers this option is a must. Otherwise I should render a higher portion of the scene and then cut the image!
With other software is quite easy but it seems there isn't this option in keyshot (I looked up that in the forum)

Anyway, thanks!

Are you trying to eliminate converging verticals? Or get that shallow focus area? There isn't an quick button to estimate verticals. You can adjust your look point and then widen the angle, crop in post, as you mentioned. You could also get in close, render out high and stretch in post-not ideal. Tilt-shift is definitely a feature that would be useful in that regard.
