...and a rather strange experiment. Hair needs sorting out though

on another note - I get a lot of distortion in straight lines (especially with chrome) - even when I leave it overnight. Its like the anti-aliasing doesnt work properly.... you can see it in the image above.

here is a good example at what I'm on about- check out the aliasing on the window frame... (about 1.5 hours rendering)

Love where these are going! Wheel chrome is a bit hot though.

There are indeed, a bit bright! Josh, what do I do about the aliasing?

I think that this is from the reflection of the HDRI you are using. Try using a higher res HDRI.

  cant be that Thomas - I used HDR light studio and rendered it out @ maximum settings. I'll try using another and see if I can reduce it
