Hi guys!

I've been modelling a case from a maya tutorial and when I render it with keyshot appears some marks from the light which I don't know how remove it.

Any help?

CrazyBird, In environment settings, try rotating the HDRi image to an angle you think works better :)

Thank you  for the answer, I tried that and didn't work... I think I must learn how to do a proper postprocessing with Photoshop.

Could be a anti aliasing artefact.

That edge in your model has a very small radius on it, and it catching a light from the right. The highlight is maybe less that a pixel wide, and because the camera is aimed up a little the line is leaning in slightly, so maybe thats why it doesn't show as a continuous line after anti aliasing is calculated.

You might be able to avoid the effect by rendering out at a higher resolution while keeping the same view, or adjusting your view so the camera is perfectly level (you can do that on the camera tab by entering 0 for the inclination), that way all the edges of the groves will run parallel.

Definitely do that! Also ramp up AA and shadow quality. If its still not improved then you need more ploys in your model I guess.

Hi!, sorry I could not answer before...

Because I'm a little bit stupid, after do this renders I changed full enviroment... and I've try to repeat a similar situation with a high light point, in the top this time and... It's true. Thank you very much. Still posible see some marks but It's not a HP model...
Edit to add the other renders...
