Plastic Material Parameters

We have many seats of Keyshot HD and one of Pro. I've noticed that for a plastic material in HD, the Glossy check box and Glossy samples are there directly under the Fresnel check-box; but in the Pro seat we have, these Glossy boxes do not show up. I should also mention that the HD seats are 32 bit and the Pro seat is 64bit.

Go to edit>preferences and enable "show advanced material options" to bring up the extra settings.
