My girlfriend and I were fascinated by Groot after watching Guardians of the Galaxy, so I attempted to model him for her.  I tried to make him look like in the film, unfortunately most references I had were from toys since there aren't any screen captures from the film yet. I hope you guys enjoy it !

I've checked that link, Dominic. It has good references and it is VERY interesting overall !

I'd love to try and model Rocket, unfortunately I am a little short on time these days . But if I ever man up to all those raccoon fibers I'll make sure to post it here  . He is my favourite character from the film.
