Hello, I am currently trying to render product shots of a new Jam Glass.
During setup of the scene (which was done only using Realtime render), everything looked fine.
But as soon as I started to create my final outputs, a couple of problems arose:

1.) The realtime render results are completely different from the normal renderer, although I did use the "maximum time" setting in the renderer.
In the manual it is stated that the render techique used is the same as in the realtime Window. See attached Screenshots, one created with Realtime and "Save Screenshot" after 5 mins, the other created with the renderer, "maximum time", 5minutes as well.

2.) MaterialsThe inside Material was created by using the advanced material with a simple texture map. I cannot understand why the Material has brighter spots, which even "burn through" opaque parts of the attached label (see green arrows - these burn-throughs are not present in the RealtimeRender Screenshot).
And it looks completely different!

3.) fine stripes in the label (blue arrows)there are fine stripes running through the label - I checked my texture (which is a .png from a 3rd Party application) - and there are no stripes there. So why are they present in my renderings??

4.) White SpotsAll of a sudden, whites spots are appearing in my final render???
Could somebody please be so kind and have a look at the attached package and can come up with suggestions to solve these problems - or are these really bugs in my Version 5.1.66? Running on OS X 10.9.5.

Thanks a lot in advance,

Dieter

KeyShot

I took a look at your scene and it did expose an issue in KeyShot related to caustics with a high number of ray bounces. This has been fixed in KeyShot 5.2, which we hope to release next week. In the meantime you can avoid the issue by using less than 16 bounces in your final renderer (similar to your realtime setup). I could not reproduce any issues with stripes through the label.
