Sorensen leather not loading for Keyshot 5.2 for Zbrush (Mac OSX Ver 10.9)

So I downloaded some materials from the Keyshot Cloud however when I applied the materials, it only shows white.

I downloaded it from the keyshot Cloud.

I tried 4 of them but they didn't load properly on my Keyshot 5.2 for Zbrush, it just shows a white plastic material.

Are the Sorensen leathers not supported for Keyshot for Zbrush? Thanks!
