Pro E Plugin - Buggy.....Not Working Properly

We have just upgraded from Keyshot Version 2.0 to 2.1 and now the Pro E plugin has lost functionality....so frustrating!

Keyshot installed fine & the plugin works, but here is the problem...

When you hit 'Render' in Pro E, you ussually get a dialog box allowing you to set the quality of the model (+/-0.5 etc).

This dialog loads up, but at the same time so does KeyShot i.e. loads the model before you get a chance to adjust the quality.


So what you end up with is a model quality always set to 0.5, (which is never enough) and dialog box then just sits there frozen!?

Can you please fix this ASAP.

This is very strange. This is a Pro/E / plugin issue, not a KeyShot 2.1 issue. Can you try and reinstall the plugin. Did you make any changes to Pro/E itself?
