keyshot 4.3.18 freezing when adding to render queue

Hey guys,
when I add to render queue keyshot freezes up on me.  Is there a workflow I should follow for this?  I would love for this to work, but it just hasnt in a while.  Any help would be awesome!  I am on windows 8.1 as well.  Thanks

It freezes but then comes back I assume?

What is the size of your file and how many cores is your machine?

I am also having this same issue, it seizes indefinitely, as I have let it sit for at least 5 minutes to see if it recovers.   Must close Keyshot and reopen in order continue adding jobs to the queue from the same file. 

Running a Dell Precision 6800, 8 core 32gb ram
File size is 32mb.  Have definitely had much beefier scenes loaded.
