Automating Multiple Material application and render

Hi, I use keyshot for rendering all the jewellery that is available on our e-commerce website. Being gemstone jewellery we need to give an option to change the gemstone color and also gold color as per the requirement of the customer. It is obvious that I will need to render all possible combinations for a given product. Is it possible to have a script or any way which can be take the same camera and apply different materials and queue it automatically? Or any other way than manually applying the materials? I am using keyshot 5 dont know about version 6. I know this is a long shot but then too.
