Render Queue Fails to work

Hi All,
I'm trying to render with queue using the 'time' option (30 min...).
The file is quite big, with a lot of large elements- furniture.
After I set the queue to render all night, at the morning I found that It did only 2 images out of 20, and got stuck on 20%. The output was set for PSD.
When I was trying to render the queue again, and set the output to PNG and the time to 10 minutes it did render, but I couldn't find the images at the 'Renderings' folder, I searched also at the folder which the .bip file itself was saved, and found nothing 
It's a real issue, because the queue feature is significant to our work at the studio.
