Round Edges on Model (Disabled)

Hi everyone,

I am using PTR Creo 3.0 to export my models. Thing is not all my models can be modified on the "Round Edges" option.
Sometimes I am able to round the edges of the model, but after applying materials and doing some stuff, when I go back to modify the already rounded edges or to add this feature to other parts I am not able to do it, option is grayed out.

I'd like to ask you if I am missing something or what could be the possible issue.

Are you running the latest version of KeyShot? 6.2.105

How are you exporting the model from Creo?  Are you linking or just using a generic file format like STEP?

Are you by any chance changing to 'NURBS' mode?
