How do I fix this label? My model is from Creo (Pro/ENGINEER)...

TIA!

In the label tab you will find a parameter for the height. That will solve that problem and show the entire label.
There is a very helpful tutorial in the learning section. Look for a thumbnail with a bicycle.

If you mean 'Scale', i've done that already. The issue is, that is how large the label needs to be. It seems that if the label encompasses more than 45 degrees of arc (or so) it gets cut....

I know I can make the text smaller and it will fit; however that will not be accurate. I also tried changing the Mapping Type from Projection (which looks best) to Cylindrical - but Cylindrical distorts the aspect ratio.

Hi
can you share your cylinder with the label ?

Hey Peter-
I think this is occurring at the closed surface seam of the model. Increase the Depth value of the label texture to 2 or greater when using Normal Projection and it should solve the issue. Let me know if this works.

hello - I meant the depth option for the label on a cylindrical surface.

Yes, increasing the depth worked - thanks!
