Objects distorting and moving on save

Hi, I've had several issues with certain parts of a model moving up in the sky, and being turned into rectangular cuboids.
I think it may be due to grouping of parts, if some are in a different group already, and are duplicated

Please try updating to version 6.2. This can be done by going to Help>Check for updates...
