Overview of my situation.  I am running Keyshot 6.1.72 on Windows 7 pro.  No significant plugins.

I am trying to render a fairly large queue of scene sets.  The model I am using is an assembly built in solidworks and exported to a .IGS file to load to Keyshot.  It's a model of a handheld bathroom shower.  The model includes a bar and cradle to hold the shower wand and eight different shower wands and wall mounting brackets.

I created eight scene sets to show the same bar and cradle holding all the different configurations of wands and mounting brackets.  I then created four view-sets and added three more scene-sets to each of the original eight scene-sets so that each different configuration  has four scene sets, each with one of the four view-set enviroments.  This produced a total of 32 scene-sets plus the default one.  I then duplicated the file and repeated that process with a different material finish for the whole model in a new Keyshot window.

I wanted to render out all off these scene-sets over night.  So I open render queue for the first file and load the first 32 scene-sets into the queue.  It takes a while to prep the queue but it all goes fine.  Then I try to load the 32 scene-sets from the version with the other material finish into the queue and Keyshot crashes/goes not-responding.  I quit Keyshot, re-open it and open the Render menu.  It seems fine, but when I click queue it immediately stops responding.  Even if I open a completely separate .bip file that has not been added to the queue in any way and I try to select render queue, Keyshot goes to not responding.  I try to wait for the problem to resolve, but even overnight Keyshot remains in Not Responding mode.  This has completely killed my ability to use Render Queue for any file.  I can still render individual views, but just clicking queue kills Keyshot.  Is there any way to clear the queue without ever opening it?   Please help as I do a lot of batch rendering.

Try updating to 6.2 and try again (Help>Check for updates...). If it still fails to process the queue, please contact: support@luxion.com

Just ran the update.  The problem persists.  I have emailed support@luxion.com with a copy of the text above as well as a note mentioning that I have updated to 6.2 and am still encountering a problem.
