startup.bip is broken error

When I try to launch Keyshot, I get the following error message "startup.bip id broken and contains invalid data. Loading blank screen instead"  When I click OK to acknowledge the error, it appears that Keyshot tried to launch again and get the same error over and over again.  I need to go to task manager and kill the Keyshot process to clear the error box.  I tried copying a copy of "startup.bip" from another machine that is working fine, but this did not solve the problem.  Any Ideas anyone??
